berry blue balls

ground almonds
ground dry coconut
dried blueberries
evening primrose meal
ground flax seeds
vanilla pod
tahini
honey (no agave left :( )
lemon zest n a squeeze to moisten

This gave me a chance to see how our new sweet grass juiced crushes nuts and it did the best job..can't go wrong with stainless steal but I will have to get our kitchen sorted as I had to mount it on our lil fragile vanity table, of which I am in the process of trimming a leg for, so it wasn't too sturdy : I
still they ARE nummy to eat !

time to GET YA ROAR ON!!!

this is another blog I have created to share what we do about the 'living healthy on the road' thang. So if your keen for raw cuisine or just want to add some extra yummy things to your pallet, then follow this blog :) We haven't yet been able to afford a fridge for our bus so I've been finding it a real struggle to maintain our health and body light. But doing this blog will surely get me inspired to prepare some goodies as inspiring others IS what it's all about, isnt it? oh, besides keeping bright n chirpy by means of consuming food full of organic love, sun light chlorophyll and cellular (all round) healing ofcourse. I must point out though that we do eat wild game now and then when we can get it, so please dont get all religious on me ;) It's really a big thing finding good 'safe' food sources when you live on the road. I have yet to win a bet that I can find a young coconut in Tasmania!!!Gosh I miiiiiiss them SO MUCH (up north you can easily obtain young coconuts free from the heavy fumigation that supermarket ones from Thailand go through) The wonderful thing about here... is it's all about self sufficiency so every one grows their own :D farmers markets are a growing thing everywhere though, as people are fast awakening with the whole 'global quickening' n all!

we are also in the beginning stages of revamping our kitchen area in the Unicorn (our bus) so I will blog that too. Just because it's all part of it.
Anyway...ENJOY!
