Pop Salad
½ head of cauliflower,
chopped
½ head of broccoli,
chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Meat of 4 finger limes
½ bunch of fresh
coriander, chopped fine
3 sprigs of mint, chopped
fine
20 cherry tomatoes,
halved
½ C olive oil
2 T flax seed oil
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
-Place both the broccoli
and the cauliflower into blender and pulse only, until the floweret’s have
turned the size of rice.
-Place cauli and broccoli
in a bowl (omit one or the other for difference)
-Mix in the rest of the
ingredients
SERVE!
