Carrot Salad
3-4 carrots, grated
1 T currants
1 garlic clove, crushed
or chopped fine
1 T fresh coriander,
chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 T agave
1 T sesame seeds
MIX WELL and serve
Green Keep Mix
Bunch of spinach
Few spriggs of mint
leaves
Bunch of rocket
Bunch of basil,
Dandelion leaves
Nasturtium leaves
Kale….or any other yummo
dark greens you can pick!
3-4 Marigold flowers,
de-petal them
METHOD
Chop finely. Store this
mix in the fridge for garnishes, soup sprinkles, cracker fillers and quick
salad mixes.
