FELAFEL'S


Felafel’s
1 C Almond Pulp (left from almond milk)
Or
1 C soaked almonds
1 C soaked Walnuts
½ bunch of Coriander
½ bunch of Parsley
½ C sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T fresh (or dried) sage and oregano, minced
¼ C olive oil
1 t Salt
Pepper
METHOD
-Place nuts into blender and pulse until nuts are combined (like felafel consistency)
-Place into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients
-Roll into balls just smaller than a golf ball and place into dehydrator until outer edges are slightly crispy
Remember-this can also be done in an oven with the heat turned down as low as possible
-Serve in wraps or on their own with homous or white sauce and your favourite salad
