Kale Mushroom Wakame


Kale Mushroom Wakame
1 bunch of kale, chopped into chunks
2 C Mushrooms, sliced thick
1 C Wakame seaweed, chopped into chunks (keep dry)
¼ C sesame seeds
Juice of 1 lemon
2 T Tamari Sauce
3 Sprigs of spring onions, chopped
Salt to taste
METHOD
-Mix all ingredients into a salad bowl and allow to stand for 10 minutes
SERVE!
