DRESSING UP YOUR SALADS



Basic Dressing
¼ C Olive Oil
1 Lemon or lime
Dash of flax seed oil
Dash of vinegar
Herbs to taste
SHAKE!

Tahini Dressing
½ C Tahini
Big dash of lemon or orange or any citrus for that matter!
1 clove of garlic (omit if not a garlic fan-Im not)
Salt n Pepper
Herbs to taste
MIX VIGOROUSLY!

Sweet Carrot Dressing
½ C Carrot juice
or
1-2 Whole carrots with 1 C water
1 T Apple cider vinegar
1 t Maple syrup or agave
1 t Salt
½ Avocado
or
2 T Tahini
Dash of chilli powder if desired
BLEND!




Thai Dressing
Quarter a bunch of coriander, chopped
1 T fresh lemon grass, chopped
1 thumb of fresh ginger, chopped
¼ C coconut meat or water
1 Kefir lime leaf, chopped fine
Touch of maple syrup
Dash of salt
Squeeze of lemon
BLEND!


Ginger Cream
1 thumb of ginger, chopped
1 T agave
Dash of salt
Small handful of white nuts, soaked an hour
BLEND!

Sunset Dressing
¼ C Cashews
1 Small Red Capsicum, chopped
1 small yellow capsicum, chopped
1 T coconut oil
Dash of lime
5 raisons, chopped
BLEND!

Avocado Dressing
1 Avocado
½ lemon
Pinch of thyme
Garlic
Salt
MASH!

White Sauce
¼ head of cauliflower
½ C Orange Juice
1 T Tahini
5 Raisins
2 T flax oil
1 T sesame oil
Small clove of garlic
1 Spring onion
Dash of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
BLEND!

Tomato Sauce
1 C fresh tomatoes, chopped
½ C soaked sun dried tomatoes
Squeeze of lemon
1 T dried herbs
¼ C olive oil
Salt n pepper
Dash of agave to sweeten if desired
BLEND

Homous
2 C sprouted chick peas
1 C sesame seeds , soaked overnight
2 T parsley, chopped
½ C olive oil
Juice of 2-3 lemons
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Paprika
Salt to taste
Water to add for blend
METHOD
-Blend ingredients in a blender, adding water when required
-pour into container. Sprinkle with paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.
